Stancy Labs provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, and related training/courses. Specific project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms, including deposits and installment options, are agreed upon directly with each client and confirmed in writing before project commencement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as agreed. Stancy Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Course Enrollment

Enrollment in Stancy Labs courses is based on availability and mutual agreement following an inquiry. Course fees, schedules, and terms are confirmed directly with each student before sessions begin.

Limitation of Liability

Stancy Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
